A technique for augmentation of stability in anterior cervical fusions has been tried with the internal splint using methylmethacrylate. This technique is a simple modification of standard anterior approach and fusion in benign cervical deseases, but yielded the better results in the radiological follow-up study compared with the conventional anterior cervical fusions.
