A Case of Mixed Capillary and Cavernous Angioma in the Cavernous Sinus

ABSTRACT
this is a report of a rare case of mixed capillary and cavernous hemangioma in the cavernous sinus. The patient was a 31-year-old male who presented with right peripheral type facial weakness and left hemiparesis. The tumor located along the dural surface and it was hyperdense and homogenously enhanced mass on the Brain CT. Clinical impression was meningioma. Because the tumor was too large to dissect in en bloc, it was partly removed in piecemeal pattern at first operation. Remaining tumor was removed by circumferential
