| ABSTRACT |

In intracranial meningioma the favorite sites are parasagittal, falx, convexity, sphenoid ridge, olfactory groove, and etc. But intraventricular meningioma is rare, especially in right side. Recently we have experienced a 21 year old male patient with huge meningioma within Rt.
lateral ventricle. We report this case with a brief review of the literatures. |
