Letterer-Siwe Syndrome Associated with Multiple Skull Defects and Huge Epidural Mass: Case Report.

ABSTRACT
The authors are reporting a case of Letterer-Siwe syndrome of 24 months old female as a from of multivisceral and polyostotic involvement that was associated with multiple skull defects and huge epidural mass. The syndrome was diagnosed at the age of 8 months, and clinical improvement was achieved for more than 16 months by means of chemotherapy and surgical removal of scalp mass.
