ABSTRACT
The authors present a case of clival chordoma in a year-old girl who presented with gradual onset of headache, diplopia and eyeball pain. On plain skull X-rays, there was mild bony erosion at the dorsum sella and clivus without calcification. CT scan revealed low density lesion without contrast enhancement. Angiography showed round posterior displacement of vertebral and basilar arteries, which is compatible with clival mass, without tumor staining.
Key Words: Clivus; Chordoma; Headache; Diplopia; Calcification
