Multiple Intracranial Aneurysms Associated with Interrupted Aortic Arch.

ABSTRACT
A case of multiple intracranial aneurysms associated with interrupted aortic arch is reported. Angiogram showed internal carotid artery bifurcation aneurysm and middle cerebral artery aneurysm. Cardiac cineangiogram revealed the interrupted aortic arch. Systemic diseases associated with multiple intracranial aneurysms and their pathophysiology are discussed and the pertinent literature is reviewed.
