ABSTRACT
An intraspinal chondrosarcoma is reported in a 37-year-old woman who presented back pain and weakness of both legs. She was proved to have an intradural extramedullary tumor by radiologic studies. After successful surgical removal, it was verified to be a myxoid chondrosarcoma histologically. The authors present an unusual case of intradural extramedullary chondrosarcoma with a review of the literature.
