Measurement of maximal laminar thickness of upper 1/3, middle 1/3, and lower 1/3 at the spino-laminar junction and ideal entry points of the bilateral crossing C7 intrala-minar screws. Lower two thirds would be better choice for the screw start point to reduce the collision possibility of two screws for bilateral screw insertion of C7.
