Triple immunofluorescent staining showing cytosolic translocation of cytochrome c and nuclear and cytoplasmic translocation of AIF in cells of 48 hours after ischemia. Red colored Cy-3 positive cytochrome c immunostaining is noted at cytoplasm with punctuate manner. Green colored FITC positive AIF immunostaining is noted at the nucleus and cytoplasm of the ischemic apoptotic cell. After merging, they colocalize at a single cell.
